Zenith Defense is developed and published by Contorta Development ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Android version of Zenith Defense distributed for testing through Google Play.
Information handled by the app
The current testing version of Zenith Defense does not create an in-app account and does not automatically transmit, sell, or share personal information.
Game progress, settings, earned currencies, and test-state information are stored locally on your device. The current version does not provide cloud backup or cross-device synchronization. Removing the app, clearing its storage, or resetting progress may permanently delete this locally stored information.
The app does not include live advertising, advertising identifiers, analytics services, payment processing, in-app purchases, or location tracking in the current testing version.
Optional crash reports and diagnostics
On first launch, you may choose whether Zenith Defense keeps a small rolling log of crashes and technical errors on your device. Diagnostic records can include the date and time, error message and stack trace, current app route, build channel, device platform, browser/WebView user-agent string, and viewport size. They do not intentionally include game progress, payment information, passwords, email contents, or precise location.
Diagnostic reports are never sent automatically. If you choose Send Diagnostics in Settings, the app opens your email application with a prepared report that you can review, edit, or discard before sending. Turning diagnostics off stops local diagnostic collection and deletes stored reports. Information in a report is received by us only if you choose to send the email.
Closed-testing applications and voluntary communications
The Settings screen includes an optional link that opens your device's email application with a prepared closed-testing application. Zenith Defense does not send that email itself and does not read your email account.
If you choose to send an application or other message to us, we may receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, preferred name, country or region, device model, Android version, testing interests, and feedback. We use this information to administer testing programs, communicate about Zenith Defense testing, investigate reported problems, and improve the game.
We do not require a positive rating or review in exchange for testing access or any testing benefit. Please do not include passwords, payment information, government identifiers, or other sensitive information in testing emails.
Retention and deletion
Locally stored game information remains on your device until you reset the game, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app.
Testing application emails and feedback are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the testing program, respond to you, maintain appropriate testing records, and meet legal or security obligations. You may request deletion of information you previously emailed to us by contacting us at the address below. We may need enough information to locate and verify the relevant correspondence.

The current testing version stores progress and diagnostic records locally. Resetting progress, clearing app storage, or uninstalling the app erases local data. A verified deletion request covers closed-testing applications, feedback, diagnostic reports voluntarily sent by email, and future Zenith Defense account data controlled by Contorta Development. It does not delete information independently controlled by Google or an email provider.
Children's privacy
Zenith Defense does not knowingly collect personal information through the app from children. A parent or legal guardian should submit and manage any closed-testing application for a child who is not legally able to provide consent in their location. If you believe a child provided personal information to us without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for information sent to us. No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Third-party services
Google Play distributes the Android app and may independently process information under Google's own terms and privacy policy. If you use your email provider to contact us, that provider processes the message under its own privacy practices. This Privacy Policy does not control information processed independently by those services.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app's features or data practices change. We will update the effective date and publish the revised policy. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or its Google Play listing when appropriate.
